At a pivotal moment where Champion could capitalize on their cultural boom with online shopping, we executed an e-commerce approach tailored for a newer generation, significantly boosting key performance metrics across the platform.

The Challenge

With Gen-Z and the world trending towards online purchases, social media has transformed the landscape and expectations of shoppers. Champion needed a digital experience that would resonate with this new generation while maintaining their iconic brand identity.

The Approach

We analyzed key journeys and conversions using customer segmentation (one-time buyers vs. repeat visitors) to create experiences that convert and build brand affinity. To boost conversion, we shortened the purchasing journey by enabling "Add to Bag" functionality from anywhere, allowing customers to shop at every touchpoint.
